The Thomas S. Condon Memorial Scholarship is for a student dedicated to the cross country program and academics.  The student-athlete is someone who gives it their best shot each and every day no matter what the pursuit and be a nice person to all.  Condon's oldest son Ryan competed with the Irish Cross Country program for four years until his appointment to the United States Coast Guard Academy in 2014.  Condon's youngest son Matthew competed with the Irish Cross Country program for four years until his appointment to the United States Coast Guard Academy in 2022.  The inaugural scholarship started in the spring of 2012 for the boys program.  An additional scholarship recipient was added in the spring of 2021 for the girls program.  The honorees are presented their scholarship award at the Rosemount High School Scholarship TEA event.
